This site currently collects waitlist sign-ups: your email and the time you ticked the consent box. Legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw by emailing us. We use the address only to tell you when QuickMailSetup opens.

Recipients / processors: Railway (Railway Corp., USA) — hosting; DPA and SCC. If double opt-in is enabled: Resend (Resend, Inc., USA; delivery via Amazon SES eu-west-1) — transactional email; DPA and SCC. If error tracking is enabled: Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.; ingest.de.sentry.io).

Retention: waitlist emails until you ask to be removed or the waitlist is closed, then deleted. Application/runtime logs on Railway are kept for up to 30 days, then deleted automatically. Error events in Sentry are kept for up to 90 days, then deleted automatically.

Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and complaint to a supervisory authority (in Germany usually the LfDI of your Land; for Brandenburg: Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht).

No Stripe and no payment data on this site yet. We do not read mailbox contents.
